We are pleased that you are interested in the “Frontlead” software. Here you can get an idea of how we process your data when you use Frontlead. We take the protection of your data seriously. With this privacy policy, we comply with our data protection information obligations (Art. 13 GDPR).


2. what data do we process when you use Frontlead and why do we do this?

When using the Frontlead software, the following data can be processed:

– Contact details: E-mail, name, title, address, zip code, country
– Questions and answers in connection with the software
– Login data: E-mail, password, name
– Account details
– (if required) Date of birth, gender
– Company name, VAT number

The processing of this data is necessary so that the “Frontlead” software can be used in accordance with the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). If you do not provide us with your data, the Frontlead software cannot be used properly.

4 What data do we process if we have a business relationship?

In the course of our business relationship with customers or users of the “Frontlead” software, we process data on the basis of contractual (execution of the contractual relationship, pre-contractual obligations, invoicing of services, dispatch of documents, communication for the execution of the contract) and legal obligations (legally required storage within the meaning of § 132 BAO) (Art 6 para 1 lit b and c GDPR) as well as on the basis of our legitimate interests or on the basis of legitimate interests of third parties (Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR).


5 How long will your data be stored?

We will only store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we have collected your data. In this context, statutory retention obligations must be taken into account (for example, for tax law reasons, contracts and other documents from our contractual relationship must generally be kept for a period of seven years (Section 132 BAO)). In justified individual cases, for example to assert and defend against legal claims, we may also store your data for up to 30 years after termination of the business relationship.


6. Use of Tawk.to (live chat tool)
When the chat function on our website is activated, additional personal data is processed. Processed data categories: technical connection data of the server access (IP address, date, time, requested page, browser information), information about your request and contact details such as name or e-mail address. Purpose of processing: Analysis of user behaviour, support for website visitors with technical or content-related questions and optimization of content. The legal basis for processing: Your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a GDPR. A transfer of data takes place: to the processor tawk.to inc, 187 East Warm Springs Rd, SB298 Las Vegas, NV 89119, USA. This may also involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the European Union. The transfer of data to the USA is based on Art. 45 GDPR in conjunction with the European Commission’s adequacy decision C(2023) 4745, as the data recipient has undertaken to comply with the data processing principles of the Data Pricacy Framework (DPF).


7 What rights do you have with regard to data processing?

We would like to inform you that, if the legal requirements are met, you can

– have the right to request information about which data is processed by us (see in detail Art 15 GDPR).
– the right to request the rectification or completion of incorrect or incomplete data concerning you (see Art. 16 GDPR for details)
– have the right to erasure of your data (see Art. 17 GDPR in detail).
– The right to object to the processing of your data that is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party. This applies in particular to the processing of your data for advertising purposes.
– The right to receive the transfer of the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by post or email. This does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to this point in time (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR).

If, contrary to expectations, there is a violation of your right to lawful processing of your data, please contact us by post or e-mail. We will endeavor to process your request immediately. However, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection matters.
